About the session
Come and join us for an hour long session where we explore how mindset shifts, visualisations, mindfulness and breathwork can have a positive impact on menopause symptoms. We will share exercises and techniques that you can take away with you to help make your journey through perimenopause and menopause calmer and less stressful, whilst also giving you a safe space to share your thoughts and anxieties with like-minded women.
We are 2 women, passionate about helping people through midlife, using techniques that you can implement yourself to take control back in your life.
