About the session

A time to start the day with a daily routine, with 3 minutes of workout exercise and after a small talk about habits and themes that make the mind think to start the day in a a good way.


Note: Participant video needs to be on for the entire session with a normal name on it.. Please be there before we start, after we start we will not let anyone in anymore. We want to focus on the exercise.
