About the session
A relaxing session of Tai Chi and mindfulness including simple breathing techniques that can be incorporated in your daily routine.
Often described as "meditation in motion, this gentle form of exercise helps maintain strength, flexibility, and balance. The slow, continuous and flowing movements promote even respiration, and relaxation leading to feelings of being grounded, centred, relaxed, calm and at ease.
This session includes breathing techniques, tai chi, faster exercises and mindfulness:
- Breathing technique + Face Massage
- Tai CHi moves
- Qi gong tapping
- Breathing
Note: Participant video needs to be on for the entire session with a normal name on it.. Please be there before we start, after we start we will not let anyone in anymore. We want to focus on the exercise.
