A relaxing session of Tai Chi, yoga and other practiveces including mindfulness can be incorporated in your daily routine..
Often described as "meditation in motion, this gentle form of exercise helps maintain strength, flexibility, and balance. The slow, continuous and flowing movements promote even respiration, and relaxation leading to feelings of being grounded, centred, relaxed, calm and at ease. `In combination with some fast movements and tapping it will bring the day a mental and physical boost.
Schedual:
8:00 - 8:05 Opening session and waiting
8:05 - 8:25.Exercise
8:25 - 8:30 Questions, Talk or discussion
