About the session

A relaxing session of Tai Chi, yoga and other practiveces including mindfulness ican be incorporated in your daily routine..


Often described as "meditation in motion, this gentle form of exercise helps maintain strength, flexibility, and balance. The slow, continuous and flowing movements promote even respiration, and relaxation leading to feelings of being grounded, centred, relaxed, calm and at ease.


Note: Participant video needs to be on for the entire session with a normal name and camera's on. Please join few minutes early, be on time we do not wait for people not arriving on time. We will not let anyone in after starting.
